How do I get my template?

After purchase, you will receive a Notion template link via email. Click it, then click "Duplicate" in the top-right corner. The template copies into your workspace in under 30 seconds.

Do I need Notion Pro or a paid plan?

No. Every Vault template works on Notion free plan. No premium features required.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the template link is delivered. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.

How are these different from free templates?

Free templates are generic starting points. Vault templates are complete, opinionated systems built for specific workflows. Pre-configured databases, relations, rollups, formulas, and views all work together out of the box. You are getting a working system, not a blank page with a nice layout.

Can I share a template with my team?

Each purchase includes a single-user personal license. For team access, contact us at [email protected] for volume pricing.

Do you offer updates?

Yes. All templates include lifetime updates at no extra cost.

What if I am not good at Notion?
